Range-Bound vs Trending Detector
Paste a sequence of closing prices (oldest to newest, comma or line separated) to calculate Kaufman's Efficiency Ratio: the net directional move divided by the total path length of all the back-and-forth. A ratio near 1 means price moved efficiently in one direction (trending); a ratio near 0 means it churned sideways without going anywhere (range-bound).
