Volatility isn't evenly spread across the trading day. Paste hour-of-day and range pairs from several sessions and this tool averages them by hour and ranks the results, so you can see which hour tends to move the most and which tends to be quiet.
Use 24-hour format for the hour. Add multiple rows for the same hour across different days and they'll be averaged.
