Volatility Contraction Pattern (VCP) Detector

A volatility contraction pattern forms when each successive pullback inside a base is smaller than the last, showing supply drying up. Paste your pullback depths as percentages, in chronological order (earliest first), and this tool checks whether they're actually tightening and by how much on average.

Each number is the depth of that pullback as a percent, e.g. an 18% pullback then a 12% pullback then a 7% pullback.

Educational tool only, not financial advice. A tightening pullback sequence is one input among many. Volume, base length, and market context all matter for a proper VCP setup.
